- A park/outdoor leisure area surrounding Essoldo seems like a great idea

Cinema on top of Essoldo - taking advantage of the edifice's form

Using the site's corner area is beneficial as its position connects the two main roads

Having in mind the existence of an underground connection between the notable landmarks - Essoldo and Stretford Public Hall, I decided to use an extra floor reachable directly from the street. The underground storey could consist of shops, reading areas, etc. and work as a link to the historic hall

Green area may be positioned behind the building proposal in order to answer the need of an escape from the bustling roads

This local area needs more green spaces - one of the desires of citizens who love to spend their time in the park

Essoldo's location plays a key role and has as many advantages as drawbacks - one main weakness is its placement on a busy highway - noise, pollution levels and danger risks require treatment

The site's location is significant as it is in the center of the town. Visibility is an important factor which should be taken into consideration
