Green areas are one of the most important

factors in relation with establishing environmentally friendly atmosphere. This is the reason why I have decided to incorporate a park within my building proposal plan. Addition of green spaces, trees, outdoor facilities and as whole - a place for leisure are an essential trigger for my project concept

2) Rethink of the edifice's programme + outdoor facilities / park / public square

3) List all civic spaces and their functions - look at precedents of facades and interior arrangement

4) Structure and environmental analysis - develop a proposal answering the building's concept and test it + material choices /what,where,why/

5) Start illustrating the idea in a wider aspect through a variety of softwares and hand tools -

explore as much as you can and use different angles to present atmospheres
