strategy

Since the beginning of the project we gained awareness of the needs and desires of Stretfords' community and a main aim became the involvement and circulation among locals who can fund the proposition, utilize and maintain in. Using local suppliers, as well as employing local people as far as it is possible will benefit the economy of the town

The steel frame structure is reliable, flexible and takes less time and efforts when it comes to construction. Because of its strength and low weight, the method is suitable for this future design; Glazed curtain wall fits perfectly within the building's concept of view control, sight seeing and spaciousness of the interior space; The existing structure of Essoldo - and most specifically its notable facade consists of concrete - one great addition to the extension's layout.
